School starts in 4 weeks!! Can you believe it? We are excited to start another year with you! If you are new, welcome to KCA! We are looking forward to getting to know your family! Please see below for things you need to know!
Financial Aid
Our Financial Aid Application form can be found on our website under the “Admissions” tab and must be submitted by July 31st for the current school year. Award decisions will be made by August 7th.
Tax Free Weekend
Be sure to take advantage of Tax Free Weekend on August 4th – 6th. The 2023-2024 School Supply list and School Calendar can be found on our website under the “Students” tab.
Orientation Night
Be sure to join us for Orientation Night on Thursday, August 10th from 6pm – 8pm. The event will be held in the Fellowship Hall. The Fellowship Hall entrance is the second set of double doors to the west of the main entrance. Bring your school supplies, meet the teachers and KCA Committees, and select any needed uniforms from the Uniform Giveaway. (Click to view/download the Orientation Night Flyer)
First Day of School
The first day of school is Tuesday, August 15th. There will be no chapel service, hot lunch, or Specials classes the first week of school.
Ice Cream Social & Family Movie Night

KCA Reunion
We have decided it is long past time to celebrate and enjoy the fellowship with our KCA families from the past 28 years! We will be hosting a time of fellowship for all former students and families to come socialize, eat cake, and reminisce. The event will be held in the Fellowship Hall on Sunday, August 27th from 2pm – 4:30pm.
Following the KCA Reunion, you are invited to visit the new building from 4:30pm to 5pm.
Please join us in celebrating the hundreds of families that make up our big KCA family and help us spread the word!!

Immunizations
If your child has received any immunizations recently, please send an updated immunization record to the school office. Please contact the school office to notify us of any immunization exemptions. (Click to view/download the 2023-2024 MO School Immunization Requirements form)
Athletics
If your child plans to participate in any athletic activities this year, we must have an up to date sports physical on file in the office. (Click to view/download the Sports Physical Form)
Fall Sports
If your child is interested in playing Volleyball this fall, please contact our Athletic Director, Amy Howard, at thehowards07@gmail.com. Basketball and Cheerleading will begin in October, so keep an eye out for information on these sports in the future.
Substitutes Needed
We need more substitutes for this upcoming school year. If you would be willing to help us with this need, go to our Job Openings page to download and complete the Staff Application form or come by the office to grab a paper application.
Raise Right Program
The KCA Raise Right Program is our ongoing fundraiser and is the easiest fundraiser you will ever participate in. You order gift cards / certificates at face value, and KCA earns a percentage on each one. More information can be found under the “Support Us” tab of our website.
