During the 2010-2011 school year KCA became a part of a league of Christian schools that was formed in the area. Central Missouri Christian Athletics (CMCA) has several teams participating in the league. Those schools include: Christian Chapel Academy, Christian Fellowship, Kingdom Christian Academy, and Lighthouse Preparatory Academy.
In the summer of 2013, KCA also became an affiliate member of Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA). This will allow KCA to continue to compete in games against the CMCA teams as well as have the opportunity to compete against local public schools.
In the fall of 2013, KCA added boys cross-country. Cross-Country is open to runners in 7th-12th grades.
In 2016, KCA offered volleyball as a high school sport. High school sports and activities are offered as interest and numbers allow.
If your child is interested in participating in sports at KCA, please get them a physical completed and turned into the office before the first practice of the season. A physical is good for one school year. So we highly encourage you to get one done over the summer. Your family doctor can do this as part of a regular wellness check-up or a local clinic can also take care of this for a small fee.
